We acknowledge much of the expertise of our industry rests within suppliers, manufactures and trade contractors. Our role is to integrate all of these specialists for the benefit of our clients.

From our London base we have supported major programme delivery throughout the UK and across four continents.
K2CM is UK based, part-owned by Hanmi Global in South Korea, with Otak our sister company in the US and a strong presence in Saudi Arabia.

Our belief in harnessing the power of the team is supported by an understanding of how a project will be built and our detailed knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, logistics, programming and modern methods of construction.
We apply cost-led design techniques, engage early with the supply chain and explore the option for the integration of MMC at the outset.

K2CM has the reach, expertise and financial covenant provided by one of the world’s largest PM/CM organisations.
In 2019, Korean firm Hanmi Global invested in K2CM through its US subsidiary Otak. Hanmi Global has a track record of delivering landmark developments, advanced manufacturing facilities and infrastructure projects worldwide. Hanmi Global’s support is allowing K2CM to invest in its people and bring global expertise to benefit our clients.
