K2CM were appointed early to provide Strategic Project and Development Management services to the mixed-use regeneration scheme, which has created a new destination and sustainable community in North London. As the project developed, K2CM’s services were expanded to deliver construction management of the infrastructure and cost and commercial advice.

The project challenges include construction of a 30 storey tower, remediation of a contaminated site, removing historic air raid shelters, constructing over the Victoria line, constructing adjacent to a major rail intersection, canals and waterways.

Huguenot House

K2CM led a multi-disciplinary team in working with Westminster CC to develop an exceptional mixed-use scheme on a challenging and constrained site in a key location in the heart of London’s West End. The development is set to be a landmark asset, designed and constructed to WCC’s high sustainable design standards.

The project is at option review stage, with the preferred option featuring a 15 storey, mixed-use building with multiple basement levels. K2CM assembled a team of independent specialists to work with WCC’s appointed architect, Allies and Morrison, to produce an outstanding commercial asset in keeping with its location.

The proposed development will be constructed in a sensitive Conservation Area, on a constrained site, involving many stakeholders. It will be a BREEAM Outstanding development.

Shepherds
Bush Market

K2CM have provided Project Management services and co-ordination for early plans to regenerate Shepherds Bush Market. The advice was to enable Orion to realise the construction of 194 luxury apartments, 13 mews houses, 5 live/work units, circa 33,000 of A1/A3 retail and leisure space, new market stalls, refurbishment of market railway arches and new public realm.

Orien's plans were put on hold following objections from Traders however with the site now owned by Yoo Capital it looks like this regeneration project could be re-started.
