Conventional approaches to project delivery are often process driven. Instead, we adopt a solutions-led approach. Our CM service is based on the technical expertise of our people, providing detailed advice on buildability and construction methodologies and hands-on design management.
An attractive option
Our CM service can also be used at varying levels. Where full CM may involve 30+ trade packages, CM light could be only half a dozen trade packages – particularly where off-site manufacture is involved. But the service still provides all the advantages of early buildability input and engagement with trade contractors.
